Shipping Policy

1. Where We Deliver

Our Mall Pharmacy operates from our pharmacy at Our Mall, Off Magadi Rd, Avocado Lane, Ground Floor (Shop No. 22) and delivers across Kenya. We service customers in Nairobi and countrywide — including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Thika, Kakamega and every other town reachable by our courier partners.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on current Uber and Bolt rates for the trip from our pharmacy to your address. We do not set fixed delivery prices — you pay the live ride-hailing rate at the time we dispatch. This keeps it transparent: what they charge us is what you pay.

For destinations outside Nairobi we use trusted bus and courier services (such as Easy Coach, Modern Coast, G4S, Wells Fargo, etc.). The courier's published rate for your destination applies. Our team will quote your delivery cost before dispatch — no hidden fees.

3. Delivery Times

  • Within Nairobi: typically same-day, depending on dispatch time and Uber / Bolt availability for your area.
  • Outside Nairobi:1–3 business days via courier, depending on your route and courier schedule.

4. Dispatch Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders placed outside dispatch hours are processed and dispatched on the next available window.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we share the rider or courier tracking details on WhatsApp so you know exactly when to expect your delivery. You can also track via the Track Order page on our website.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • For prescription medicines, the recipient may need to verify their identity.
  • If you are unavailable, the rider will attempt to reach you on WhatsApp / phone. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned and a re-delivery cost may apply.

7. Cold-Chain Products

Products requiring cold storage (e.g., insulin, certain vaccines, probiotics) are transported in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain the required temperature range. These items are prioritised for same-day delivery within Nairobi.

8. Prescription Delivery

Prescription orders undergo pharmacist review before dispatch. This may add 15–30 minutes to the delivery estimate. Once reviewed and dispensed, the order follows normal delivery timelines.
